A strategic manufacturer-centric business model provides the basic platform for the company's rapid success. EC America only represents products and services that are fully supported by a direct sponsorship and support program with each manufacturer. This direct program involvement by the manufacturer is unprecedented within the government market.

EC America concentrates its efforts on providing government customers with a deep technical expertise and process integration with key technical partners in select categories. This concentration has allowed the company to offer its government customers and partners with significantly more value and expertise than they would get from other "supermarket" IT resellers.
